Miami, FL (July 31, 2023) – IEM, a nationally recognized firm, specializes in providing consulting services for operations and maintenance in the power generation sector, serving power plant clients and operators across the United States.
Critical Energy Infrastructure Services, LLC (“CEIS”) represents a dynamic platform enterprise established by White Wolf Capital in 2022, with a primary focus on collaborating with and acquiring American companies dedicated to delivering essential services within the critical energy infrastructure industry. The addition of IEM marks the third acquisition successfully executed under the CEIS platform, following the acquisitions of Clover Leaf Solutions and Rayne Staffing.
