Logistics Support Specialist

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Logistics Support Specialist for a position located in Henderson, Colorado.

The Logistics Support Specialist supports material identification and purchasing processes by researching technical product information, coordinating with requestors and vendors, preparing required documentation and tracking requests through SAP entry and approval.

The position supports high-volume material requests for major energy infrastructure projects and requires strong organization, communication and attention to technical detail.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens or green card holders. Previous experience in materials management, warehouse operations or supply chain is preferred.

Logistics Support Specialist Responsibilities

• Create and maintain material identification records used for purchasing, inventory and material tracking.
• Research manufacturer part numbers, technical specifications and relevant product information.
• Coordinate with internal requestors, vendors and manufacturers to obtain missing or required technical details.
• Prepare material identification documentation for submission to the Material Master team.
• Support SAP material master entry and approval processes.
• Track material requests and follow up on pending approvals.
• Maintain accurate records throughout the material ID process.
• Support projects involving power generation, wind and solar facilities.
• Manage a high volume of simultaneous requests while maintaining accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• A few years of relevant professional experience.
• Materials Management, Warehouse Operations or Supply Chain experience is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with requestors, vendors, manufacturers and internal teams.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of material and inventory processes is preferred.
• Energy industry experience is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.
