The Electrical Construction Supervisor will oversee and inspect EPC contractor work to ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
The position has a strong quality-control focus and includes field inspections, inspection documentation, daily coordination and verification that the contractor is ready for scheduled inspections.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens or green card holders and should have seven to ten years of experience in electrical construction oversight.
This field-focused role combines electrical construction oversight, EPC contractor coordination and digital quality inspections using ArcGIS, Survey123 and standardized inspection templates.
Seven to ten years supervising, inspecting or overseeing complex electrical construction activities.
Strong field inspection experience and the ability to verify work against drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
Ability to coordinate directly with an EPC contractor regarding upcoming work and inspection readiness.
Previous gas, coal or similar power-plant construction experience is strongly preferred.
ArcGIS experience is preferred for field inspection and digital documentation workflows.
Survey123 is used with inspection templates to capture structured field quality information.
Previous Procore experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
Perform quality inspections using standardized inspection templates and defined documentation processes.
Participate in daily POD meetings to align field work and upcoming inspection activities.
Verify contractor work against contractual requirements and approved project design.
