Digital Delivery Specialist

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Digital Delivery Specialist for a position located in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Digital Delivery Specialist will support digital project management strategies designed to strengthen collaboration across pursuits, project teams and project delivery activities.

The position combines Building Information Modeling coordination, digital standards, integrated project delivery, digital project setup, QA/QC and technology-enabled project lifecycle support.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens or green card holders. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Digital Delivery Specialist Responsibilities

• Perform Building Information Modeling coordination and support critical digital delivery initiatives.
• Support development of digital delivery standards, processes and project tools.
• Perform Integrated Project Delivery activities for design-build projects.
• Execute digital delivery work using QA/QC standards while maintaining project scope, schedule and budget.
• Identify model clashes and support reporting and resolution processes.
• Establish model files and digital project environments.
• Coordinate project access, cloud services and digital project resources.
• Support digital procurement and miscellaneous digital project tasks.
• Prepare and present digital model presentations for clients.
• Update virtual reality simulations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Research and compile required project-related digital data.
• Perform metadata audits and maintain project data quality.
• Provide digital delivery content throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Prepare budget estimates for digital delivery scope.
• Recommend digital delivery methods, procedures and tools in collaboration with project teams.
• Develop and integrate the digital delivery schedule.
• Monitor project compliance with applicable digital delivery requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Virtual Design and Construction, Engineering Technology or a related field from an accredited program with four years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, an Associate Degree with six years of relevant digital delivery experience.
• Eight years of relevant BIM and digital delivery experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience planning, training, organizing and delivering complex BIM models across project teams.
• Ability to learn and effectively use new software platforms.
• Ability to execute and integrate digital delivery into EPC projects.
• Advanced knowledge of digital delivery software and standards.
• Advanced knowledge of digital project deliverables.
• Ability to integrate multiple BIM models across different software platforms.
