Logistics Support Specialist

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Logistics Support Specialist for a position located in Henderson, Colorado.

The position supports material identification and procurement processes by researching technical product information, working with requestors, vendors and manufacturers, completing documentation and tracking submissions through SAP entry and approval.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens or green card holders and should bring relevant professional experience. Background in materials management, warehouse operations or supply chain is preferred.

Logistics Support Specialist Responsibilities

• Create and maintain material identification records used for purchasing and material tracking.
• Research manufacturer part numbers, technical specifications and supporting product information.
• Work with requestors, vendors and manufacturers to collect missing or required material information.
• Prepare and submit material ID documentation to the Material Master team for entry into SAP.
• Track open requests, follow up on approval status and maintain accurate records throughout the process.
• Support large-scale projects involving power generation facilities, wind farms and solar farms.
• Manage a high volume of requests while maintaining accurate and complete information.

Requirements

• A few years of relevant professional experience, preferably in materials management, warehouse operations or supply chain.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal requestors, vendors, manufacturers and other teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of materials and inventory processes is preferred.
• Previous energy industry experience is a plus.
