  • The client requested a fixed, aggressive outage window. 

SOLUTIONS

Onsite safety

  • CEIS deployed an integrated team to lead the owner’s engineering, P&S, and field services. We utilized advanced welding and rigorous quality assurance and quality control, including WPS verification. 

OUTCOME

  • Completed all pressure part work a full four days ahead of schedule. This allowed for critical path time savings and ensuring a successful, on-time start up including a 40% reduction in repair time.
