The acquisition, CEIS's fourth since 2022, expands the platform's ability to support utilities from planning and permitting through construction and safe project delivery.
One Tech marks the fourth company to join CEIS since White Wolf Capital formed the platform in 2022. Each acquisition has added a distinct capability to the whole.
CEIS, a White Wolf Capital portfolio company formed in 2022 to serve the critical energy infrastructure sector, announced the acquisition of One Tech on July 15, 2026. One Tech, headquartered in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, deploys engineers, designers, project managers, superintendents, inspectors, field operations specialists, and safety professionals to infrastructure projects across the country.
Its clients include utilities, power producers, EPCs, and construction firms working on generation, transmission, and distribution projects. One Tech's contribution to the platform is field execution: the people and process discipline required to move a project safely from design intent to energized infrastructure.
